Esta plataforma possibilita ainda à importação e cadastramento de cronogramas de projetos na extensão xlm. Através da importação do cronograma, todos os envolvidos no projeto poderão receber antecipadamente alertas sobre o início das atividades planejadas e as informações necessárias para executa-las, tais como: sugestões de boas práticas da empresa e normas técnicas relacionadas a etapa da obra.
Desta forma, o vistoriador executará seu trabalho de maneira pró-ativa e menos reativa, na medida em que a partir deste momento, todos os envolvidos passam a tomar conhecimento das informações que lhes serão cobrada, antes mesmo de iniciar a atividade.
Tal situação, além de reduzir erros, elimina a possibilidade de se alegar o desconhecimento técnico sobre o assunto, trazendo maior clareza, consciência e responsabilidade a toda a equipe envolvida.
Está poderosa ferramenta de comunicação e registro de apontamentos realizados entre os membros do projeto durante a sua fase de execução, arquiva de maneira organizada os registros vinculando-os as etapas do projeto (EAP), que através de filtros estrategicamente criados, possibilita a rastreabilidade das informações e produção de relatórios de maneira simples e rápida.
Por fim, através do acesso ao sistema web, o usuário terá ainda informações por gráficos que lhe apresentarão as quantidades e/ou percentuais dos apontamentos produzidos durante todo o trabalho realizado em campo, possibilitando desta maneira um diagnóstico preciso dos pontos a serem trabalhados, melhorados e/ou corrigidos no processo executivo dos seus projetos.

Finally, through access to the web system, the user will also have information by graphics that will present the quantities and / or percentages of the notes produced during all the work carried out in the field, thus enabling an accurate diagnosis of the points to be worked on, improved and / or corrected in the executive process of their projects.
